By using TheAdsWatcher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

TheAdsWatcher is a SaaS platform for monitoring and analyzing competitor ads across online channels. Access is provided via a user account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Access to premium features requires a subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Prices and features may change; users will be notified in advance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
Use the service to harass or infringe on others’ rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with TheAdsWatcher remain the property of HUBtech s. r. o. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovak courts.
